He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marvin "Bud" and Lovie Virginia Shaw Rinehart; his former wife Rosalie Messieno Rinehart; his wife Darlene Williams Rinehart; his children, William "Ernie" Rinehart and Debbie Rinehart Williams; and his siblings, Tommy Rinehart, Fred Rinehart, Mellie Starr and Linda Rinehart Gowers.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Rinehart Crawford; and his son-in-law Robert Crawford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
