He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Blaylock and Vida Mae (Holstein); and his siblings, Ricky Shumate and Peggy Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Blaylock (Zirkle); his children, Matthew W. Blaylock (Lee) of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Nicole Kirk (Brian Manuel) of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Mark A. Blaylock (Lechael) of Alford, FL, Rhonda R. Vincent (Pat Hill) of Flemington and Dawn Vincent (Johnny Drain) of Stonewood; his siblings, Patty Spaulding (Larry) of Clendenin, Pamela George (Dennis) of Hurricane, David Blaylock (April) of Cleveland and Tammy Roberts (Mike) of Cleveland; and also Harry Shumate. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
