He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wayne and Dorothy Jean Wimer Wagner; his brother Eugene Wagner; his nephew Eddie Davis; and his grandson Zach Normile.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Wagner; his children, Patricia Webb of Mount Clare and Jeremy (Cortney Carson) of Inwood; his sister Betty Jean Wagner Davis (Kevin) of Mount Clare; his grandsons, Nicholas Carson, Logan Carson and Jeremiah Normile; his nephew Kevie Davis; and his great-nephew Carson Davis.
