She was predeceased by: her father Howard Bernard; her brothers, Carl H. Tennant and Robert "Cody" Tennant; her nephew Matthew Tennant; and her parents-in-law, Anna Mae and Chandos Heater.
She is survived by: her mother Nancy Leona Tennant; her husband Richard; her sons, Richard "Rodie" Heater of Mt. Clare and Christopher Heater of Mt. Clare; her grandchildren, Ethan Christopher Heater, Emmalynn Grace Heater and Kaylynn Noel Heater; and her sisters, Sherry Lee Swiger of Clarksburg, Laurie Ellenn Tennant of Clarksburg and Betsy Shawn Tennant of Clarksburg. She is also survived by sister from another mother, and several nieces and nephews.
