She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Jackson and Agnus Perry Jackson; and her siblings, Virgil "Pee Wee" Jackson, John J Jackson, Carolyn Sue Evener, Leroy "Sammy" Jackson and Cheryl Lynn Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Daniel Smith; her children, Brian Lee Smith (Kari) of Clarksburg and Jennifer Lynn Hardy (James) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Anthony Hardy, Logan Hardy, Ashlyn Smith, Ryan Hardy, Ethan Smith and Chloe Smith; and her sister Lucille Kay Nicholas (Charles) of Marietta, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
