She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Ramos and Trinidad Castro Ramos; and her husband James A. Stout. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Rudolph Stout (Kimberly) of Poway, CA, James Okey Stout of Chesapeake, VA, Frankie D. Stout (Sherri) of Mt. Clare and Tina Marie Bennett (Jeffrey) of Bryan, TX; and her brothers, Alfredo Ramos of Texas City, TX and Rudolph Ramos, Jr.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
