He is survived by: his parents, Michael Batten and Aimee Richards Batten; his grandmothers, Rita Fittro (Clayton) of Weston, WV and Selena Richards of Mt. Clare, WV; his uncles, William Michael Richards of Mt. Clare, Chad Richards of Williamstown, WV and Nate Fernandez (Hanna Burnside) of Mt. Clare; his cousins, Kearstyn Richards (Ethan Long) of Fairmont and MaKynzie Richards of Shinnston; and his great-uncle Allen Batten (Diane) of Weston.
