He was predeceased by: his parents, James Peter and Esta Ellen Helmick Bennett; and his wife Judith Kay Bennett. He is survived by: his son Darren Bennett (Vanessa); his sisters, Evelina Ashcraft of Mt. Clare and Dorothy Drake of Morgantown; and his pet Marshmallow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
