He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ray Burrows, Sr. and Virginia Metz Smith of Mount Clare; and his sisters, Patricia Burrows and Susan Burrows. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Tetrick and Cathy Flanigan; and his sisters, Karen Groves (Van) of Lost Creek, Debrah and Anita Clark (Edward) of Lost Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
