He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Radcliff and Lola Pritt Radcliff; his wife Nancy Carol Heavner Radcliff; and his siblings, Gladys Stalnaker, Lucille Webb, Lessie Dean, Lucy Weese, Lora Simons and Harlon Radcliff.
He is survived by: his children, Don Edward Radcliff (Dixie) of Pinch, WV, Twyla Snodgrass (Richard) of Nutter Fort and Judy Lea Anderson (Calvin) of Summit Park; his grandchildren, Erin Atkins (Robert), Matthew Snodgrass (Sara), Kaitlyn Gronau (John), Gregory Radcliff (Stephanie), Marc Radcliff, Aaryka Lattea (Antony) and Caleb Anderson; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Snodgrass, Aryanna Lattea and Scott Gronau; and his brothers, Harvey Radcliff (Deana) of Salem, OH, Haymond Radcliff (Ruth Ann) of Salem, OH and Hearlon Radcliff (Dorothy) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
