He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duane Dutchess and Shelva Jean Langford Dutchess; his daughter Julie Marie Dutchess; and his brother Richard Jewell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Gillespie; his children, Angel Dutchess of Carlisle, PA, Alisha Harnett (Matt) of Gibsonia, PA, Heather Weaver (Austin) of Fairmont, WV, Raegan Dutchess of Jane Lew, WV and Matthew Dutchess of Jane Lew, WV; and his siblings, Diana Lynne Dutchess and Doug Dutchess. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
