She is survived by: her children, Kristal Harger of Ranson, WV and Kevin Wetzel of Harpers Ferry; her grandchildren, Jesse Owens, Olivia Gibson Wetzel and Max Harger; her siblings, Charles Lee Spencer (Connie) of Sterling, VA and Deborah Spencer of Clarksburg; her niece Ally Spencer; her great-niece Sofia Spencer; her friends, Jackie and Steve Patterson; and also Alicia.
