Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Stuart of Mount Clare, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 80, on December 3, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dennis "W. D." and Gail Arnold Ward of Route; her husband James D. "Jim" Stuart; and her sister Janet Lea Ward. She is survived by: her children, Lea Ann Stuart Sanders (Chris Fox) of Cape Coral, FL and DJ Stuart of Washington, DC.; and her pets, Stubbs and Miss Tipp. She is also survived by her parents, in-laws, aunts, uncles and her husband.
