He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Rowsey and Grelle Rowsey; and his siblings, Gloria Barnette, Ollom "Buz" Rowsey, Gary Rowsey and Charles Rowsey.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jane Rowsey.
