She is survived by: her husband David Allen Mallow of Mount Carbon, WV; her daughters, Emma Rae Carter (Bucky Carter) and Harper Dalynn Mallow; her granddaughter Josiee Willa Rae Carter; and also Margaret Ellen Bowen.
