He is survived by: his father Samuel Parker of Moundsville; his wife Janet Manning Parker; his children, Sara Parker of Wheeling and Jessie Parker of Moundsville; his stepsons, Todd Manning of Wheeling and Christopher Manning of McMechen; his sisters, Rebecca Hill of Moundsville and Ginger Dewitt of Moundsville; and his grandchildren, Sadie Grace Parker, Savanna Manning and Christopher Scott Manning.
