He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Kinsey and Kathryn Kinsey (Dillaman). He is survived by: his wife Linda Kinsey (Earnest); his children, Tammy Schaible (Shannon) of Utica, Ohio, Dan Kinsey of Charleston, WV and Jeff Kinsey (Becki) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his brother Walter Kinsey (Wyvonna) of Nitro, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 4 step great-grandchildren & six sister-in-law, one brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
