He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Hoyt Rine; his sons, Derrick (Beth) of St. Clairsville and Michael Rine of Moundsville, W. V.; his grandsons, Austin Rine (Hannah), Caden Rine (Morgan) and Wyatt Rine; his great grandchild Hoyt Rine; and his pet Cherokee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
