He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Lynn Carroll of Moundsville and Delores Bernadine "Bernie" Thomas of Lorain, OH; and his sister-in-law Cindy Smith of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 10 nephews; 5 great nieces; 5 great nephews; and 5 cousins.
