She was predeceased by: her parent Andrea Stanley Rutan; and her brother Raymond Rutan. She is survived by: her father Lloyd Rutan; her sons, Tony Jones Jr. (Sarah) of Moundsville, WV and Raymond Jones of Moundsville, WV; her sisters, Lisa Gibson (James) of Wellsburg, WV and Debbie Lamp; her grandsons, Tony Jones, Hunter Jones and Remington Jones; and her great grandchildren, Jace and Oaklynn. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.
