Timmy Stout Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timmy Stout of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Timmy Stout to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Stout and Wilma Stout (Crow); and his brother Bernard Stout. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Stout (Tucker); his daughter Tammy Pelley (Hiram) of Moundsville; his brother James Stout of Moundsville; and his grandchildren, Hiram Isaac Pelley and Lacey Marie Pelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
