He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hemsley (Mitchell); his sons, Tom Hemsley Jr. (Missy) of Moundsville and Chris Hemsley (Lynette) of Zanesville, OH; his siblings, Sherry Mitchell (Larry) of Lancaster, OH, Connie Hemsley of Wheeling and Robert Hemsley (Sharon) of Prairie Grove, AK; and his grandchildren, Breanna Hemsley (Steve Barker), Lauren Hemsley, Kyndra Miller, Ethan Miller and Cohen Hemsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
