He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Quinn and Mary Greathouse Quinn; and his brother Richard Quinn. He is survived by: his daughters, Shaharah Quinn and Lucretia "Red" Nolan; his siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Blake, Vivian Quinn, Carl Quinn and Jasper Quinn; his stepchildren, Kodey Debolt, Rocky Debolt and Leslie Debolt; and his grandchildren, Kayson, Kreed, Huxley, Ellis, Robert "Bub", Ryder and Nevaeh.
At the family's request memorial contributions may be made in his name to Palmer Funeral Home, PO Box 188, Pine Grove, WV 26419 to help with final expenses.
