It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Mowder of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Ann Smith (Herrell). She is survived by: her husband Paul Leroy Mowder; her children, Jaime Lynn Ward of Lusby Maryland, Melissa King of Maryland and Brian King of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Douglas Chance, Kaylia McHenry and Gunner Long.
