She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kesselring and Alice Kesselring (Haught). She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Westen, Sr.; her children, Charles W. Westen, Jr., Donald L. Westen, Clarence B. Westen, Ruth Westen and Edith Haught; her siblings, Donald, Paul, Wade, Glenn Kesselring and Elizabeth Westen; her grandson Kristopher Haught of Moundsville; and her friends, George and Pam Messner of Moundsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her many friends.
