He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Ostrander and Elsie Frazier Ostrander; and his brothers, Paul Ostrander Sr. and Harold Ostrander. He is survived by: his close friend Carol Richmond; his son Robert Ostrander of Moundsville, W. V.; his siblings, Carolyn Piatt of Lorraine, Ohio, Latricia Trigg of Bellaire, Sharon Heath of Moundsville, W. V., Jess Ostrander of Moundsville, W. V and John Ostrander (Barbara) of Neffs, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jessica Kern, Joseph Ostrander, Robert C. Ostrander (Amie) and Nicholas Ostrander; his great grandchildren, Shyanne Ostrander, Kaitlyn Kern, Samantha Kern, Madelyn Kern, Kady Mclendon (Travis), Kyle Trank, Kelsey Trank, Brianna Ostrander and Braxton Ostrander; and his great great grandchildren, Daisy, Brooklyn, Abby, Margaret, Violet and Ella Mae. He is also survived by his fur baby and best friend, "Sassy" and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
