He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Conner (Moore); his children, Linda Gamble, Richard Conner Jr. (Julie) and Doug Conner; his siblings, Ertha Ferrell (Dave), Connie Bell (Rick), Diane Gorby, Honus Conner (Gail) of Moundsville, W. V. and Jerry Conner (Sandy) of East Palestine, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Katie, Richard and Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
