She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Minor and Violet Minor (Allman); her husband Ike McKinney; her son Junior McKinney; her siblings, Clarence, Charles, Elbert, Herbert, Bernard Minor, Sylvia Henthorn, Florence Richard and Hilda McKinney; and her son-in-law Ron Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Isaac McKinney (Yvonne) of Glen Easton, James McKinney (Melissa) of Moundsville and Linda Wilson of Moundsville; and her siblings, Delores Mason, Joyce Hennen (Jim) of Graysville, WV, Rocky Minor (Dianne) of Moundsville and Elwood Minor (Kathy) of Moundsville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren & several nieces and nephews.
