She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Adams and Willie P. Adams (Small); her husband Charles Worrels Jr.; and her daughter Tionna Worrels. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Worrels of Moundsville and Yvette Worrels of Moundsville; her grandchildren, Marcus and Jade Worrels; and her siblings, Melanie Roberson of Toledo, OH and Charles Adams (Pam) of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
