It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Ann Kandis of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bernard and Halcyon Margaret VanDyne (Conner); her former husband Albert Wheeler; her husband Joseph Kandis; her stepmother Maxine VanDyne (Conner); and her sisters, Donna Robertson and Paulette Thurlo.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Allen (Richard) of Glen Dale, WV; her stepchildren, Nancy Jackson, Carolyn Jackson (Joe), Cindy Bowman (Jim), Joseph Kandis (Jackie) and Mike Kandis (Barb); her siblings, Harry VanDyne (Mary), Jim VanDyne (Ellen), Terry VanDyne (Bambi), Judy Kolich (Don), Linda Hadorn (Ron) and Beth Brake (Bob); her grandchildren, Bryan Allen, Christopher Allen (Kristin) and Stacy Allen; and her great grandchild Charlee Stufft. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
