He was predeceased by: his wife Melissa Ann Hill (Hayman); his parents, Paul W. Hill and Bertha P. Hill (Richmond); and his brother Randall Hill. He is survived by: his children, Paul Michael Hill (Shelley) of Moundsville, WV, Dawn Renee Bourke of Moundsville, WV, Lori Ann Jones (Mike) of Moundsville, WV and Jenny Lynn Arrick (Matt) of Proctor, WV.; and his brothers, Robert Hill (Darlene) of Oak Hill, WV and Gary L. Hill (Judy) of Hopewell, VA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
