It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Elliott (Moundsville, West Virginia), who passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Tokouzeksi (Zemba) and Joseph Tokouzeksi; and also Joseph of Wolfhurst, Ohio.. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Dubil of Leland, Karen Cenkus (Bill) of St. Clairsville, Ohio. and Sharon Ducker (Ted) of St. Clairsville, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Amanda Kennedy (John), Brooke Monteroso (Dan), Shae, Ashten Cenkus and Branden Ducker; her great grandchild Mae Monteroso; and her sister Joanne Wetzel.
