He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sarah Joanne Goddard, Carl Goddard, Wilda, Walter Parker and Robert Beever; and his sister Jennifer Lashare.
He is survived by: his uncle John Harvey Goddard; his cousin Travis Mowder; his wife Mary Beth Goddard; his children, Elizabeth "Elly" Kowalik, Stephanie Schultz (Michael), Sarah Goddard and Kolton Goddard; and his siblings, Mary Parker, David Parker, Cathy Counts, Shawn Parker, Shane Parker, Timberly Allen (Jason) and Wilda Allen (Jeremy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends.
