He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lautar and Opal "Pat" Lautar (Stewart); and his sister Diane Daves. He is survived by: his wife Joy A. Gary Lautar; his children, Michael S. Lauter (Stacy) of Oakton, VA, Rev. Kevin A. Lautar (Ann) of Palm Coast, FL, Michelle S. Hall (Allen) of Moundsville and Megan A. Lautar of Abilene, TX; and his sister Sharon Garten (Dana) of Moundsville. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
