It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Simmons (Moundsville, West Virginia), born in Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Alice "Barbara" Williamson (Conner); her husband Robert "Bobby" Simmons; and her nephew John M. Peterson. She is survived by: her father Joseph L. Williamson; her pet Carmella; her daughters, Amanda Littleton (Roger) of Cameron and Brandy Schafer (Jason) of Glen Easton, WV; her granddaughters, Justien (Harley) and Jersey Schafer; her great grandchild Lincoln Hubbs; her close friend Ken Krisantz of Moundsville; and her siblings, Joseph Dean Williamson (Kristal) of Proctor, WV, Debbie Sulecki (Russ) of Pittsburgh, PA, Michelle Williamson of Indianapolis, IN and Bridget Albert (Mark) of Glen Easton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
