She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine Guardado (Ovies); her husband Arthur W. Oakland, Sr.; her brother Joe F. Guardado; her daughter-in-law Mary Jo Oakland; and her granddaughter Maryann Oakland.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Oakland, Jr., Joseph Oakland (Dana), David Oakland (Michele) and Karen Baker (Mark); her grandchildren, Megan Oakland, Karen Oakland, Nicholas Oakland, Chelsea Oakland, Alex Baker, Rebecca Moses (Rick), Catherine Folmar (Steve) and Donald Oakland; and her great grandchildren, Emmi, Spencer, Kiersten of Kallie, AJ and Ethan.
