She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard W. Ickler, Sr. and Georgeanna Ickler (Allen) of Wheeling, WV.; her husband Frank T. Evans, Jr. of Moundsville; her siblings, Luella, Ruth, Pete, George and Eddie; and her stepson Frank "Scott" Evans.
She is survived by: her sons, David Evans (Patsy) of Moundsville and Jason Evans of Washington, D. C.; her sisters, Nancy and Judy; and her grandchildren, Kyland, Corey and McKenna Evans. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces, and beloved friends.
