She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Crow and Mary Crow (McWhorter); her husband Allen Hartley; her grandson Brandon Crow; her siblings, Charles Crow, Aldean Crow, Roger Crow and Sandy Wright; her half-sister Maxine Rotilio; and her son-in-law James Cunningham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Cunningham of Moundsville, Brenda Foster (Charles) of Moundsville, Venetta South (Robert Mosser) of Moundsville, Tammy Crow (Michael) of Moundsville and Beth Ann McClellan of Moundsville; and her brother Norman Crow (Dottie) of Moundsville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
