He is survived by: his wife Marqueita Robinson Rine; his sister Brenda Rine; his granddaughters, Kailey Ruskin and Gracie Steele; his stepchildren, Tammy Sisco of Vanderbilt, Tim Lilley (Jessica) and Nick Lilley; his brother Brad Rine of Moundsville, W. V.; and his stepgrandchildren, Seth Lilley, Lexi Lilley, Tim Lilley, Brooke Hartley and Chase Ruskin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles nieces and nephews and cousins.
