He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine Steinbeck, Rexine West, Kathryn Shook and Ronnie Shook; his sons, John "Mike" Shook (Jeanne) and Bob Shook (Dawn); his brother Wayne Lee Shook; his grandchildren, Justin Marsh, Peyton Shook and Jacob Shook; and his close friend Diane Hicks.
