It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelley Sue Rickman of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Payne; and her sister Jana Edge (Payne). She is survived by: her husband David V. Rickman of Moundsville; her daughter Sarah Petry (Chad) of Moundsville; her mother Jean Payne (Emery) of Moundsville; her sister Deanna Pauley (Tom) of Madison; and her grandson Clayton Petry of Moundsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
