She was predeceased by: her husband James Allen Smith; her parents, Joseph Wiencek and Katherine Wiencek (Krupka); and her son Richard Allen Smith. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Pickens (Dennis) of Wheeling, Patricia Smith of Wheeling, Michael Smith (Cheryl) of St. Clairsville, OH and Daniel Smith of Wheeling; her grandchildren, James Pickens of Virginia, Jenny Regal of Wheeling, John Harvey of Columbus, OH, Kate Ernest of Weirton, WV and Joseph Smith of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Cole Regal, Keira Regal, Nora Ernest and Ruby Ernest.
