He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Fromhart and Betty Fromhart (Black); and his brother Gregory "Shad" Fromhart. He is survived by: his son Shayne Fromhart (Michelle) of Springhill, FL; his brothers, Jeff (Daunetta) and Brad Fromhart (Denise) of Moundsville; his grandson Barrett Mason Fromhart; his nephews, Joshua, Jacob, Jeremiah and Todd; and his niece Summer Fromhart.
