He is survived by: his children, Toni Cunningham (Brent), Johnny Lightner (Cathy), Patty Bungard (John), George Lightner (Bessie), Debra Lightner and Charity Carroll (Shawn); his grandchildren, Wayne Lightner, Chad Lightner, John Bungard Jr. Lena Auten, Brandy Hudson, Kilie Bungard, Andrew Bungard Jr. Luke Cunningham, Cody Cunningham, Savannah Lightner, Rusty Lightner Jr., Camo Lightner, Jessy Harness, Ashley Wallace, Carli Lightner and Braden Carroll; his great grandchildren, Klypsan, Allie, Tyler, Barrett, Bronson, Melaney, Kayden, Lily, Emily, Haley, Andrea, Colton, Avery, Austin, Hank, Hunter, Shelbi, Destinee, Landan, Tyler P., Kylie and Cheyenne; and his great great grandchildren, Kasyn, Brilynn, Briella, Logan, Wyatt and Winston. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
