He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Cecil (Hardacre); his children, Jonette James (Roger) of Moundsville, Kelly Cecil of Moundsville, Melinda Armold (Ron) and James Cecil (Karen); his siblings, Anetta Ewing and Edward Cecil; and his grandchildren, Roger James (Beth), Aaron James (Darlene), Bobby Sullivan (Kim), Eric Cecil (Rhonda), Tracy Rogerson (Randy), Beth Schallaci and Megan Riber (Zack). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
