He was predeceased by: his father John D. Wells. He is survived by: his mother Norma Applegarth Wells of Moundsville, W. V.; his sons, Rick Williams (Amanda) of Moundsville, W. V, Cameron Fracker of Ohio and Jarrett Fracker of Ohio; and his brothers, Chris Wells (Melissa) of Wheeling, W. V., John Dale Wella of Moundsville, W. V. and Randy Wells of Moundsville, W. V.. He is also survived by one grandchild and some nieces and nephews and cousins.
JD passed unexpectedly and the family is very saddened they have no life insurance and are requesting memorial contributions be made to Anderson Funeral Home 1109 2ndt.
