She was predeceased by: her parents, John Neehouse and Mary Richey Neehouse; her husband Merle Chaplin; her brothers, Ralph and Dean Neehouse; and her niece Pat Crum (Marty).
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Triplett of Cambridge, Ohio, Randy Chaplin of Moundsville, W. V. and Betty Jochum (Smoke) of Sistersville; her siblings, Linda Neehouse, Ellen Eller (Carl) and Ray Neehouse (Mary); her siblings-in-law, Silvia Neehouse, Phyllis Bogevitt, Barbara O'brien, Martha Sego, Ella Bea Chaplin and James Chaplin; her grandchildren, Jeni Goddard (Jared), Desiree Triplett, Sara Jasenec (Jeremy), Tara Barr (Owen), Mark Jochum and Laura Goudy (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Liam, Layla, Maelynn Jakob and Kaiden.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or donors' choice in memory of Jean.
