He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bumgardner and Sarah Bumgardner (Roberts); and his sisters, Dorothy Wade, Mary Lou Yutzey, Carolyn Jennings and Jackie Landers.
He is survived by: his children, Joe of Moundsville and Tracey (Dave) of St. Clairsville, OH; his brother Chuck Bumgardner; his grandson Mitchell Eddy; his brother-in-law Glen Yutzey; and his close friend Toots. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
