It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Oliver Carpenter of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Oliver and Ruth Oliver; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Mary McGary; her husband Robert Carpenter; and her siblings, Robert Oliver and Delores (Babe).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Carpenter (Kim), Rachel Singell (Bob) of Galena, Ohio, Cindy Griffith (Gerry) of San Diego, California, Joyce Fromhart (John Harrigan) of Glen Dale and Mary Kay Roseberry (Kevin) of Shadyside, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Sheri Carpenter of Belmont, Ohio, Heather Weidenhamer (Evan) of Columbus, Ohio, Eric Gongola of Charleston, Travis Norris of San Diego, California, Rob Gongola (Leah) of Chardon, Ohio, Joshua Fromhart of Moundsville, Katie McNemar (Greg) of Columbus, Ohio, Brianne Roseberry (Jay Brehm) of Shadyside, Jacob Fromhart (Stacey) of Elliott City, Maryland, Blake Roseberry (Becky) of Pickerington, Ohio, Conor Griffith (Lani Snyder) of Stockdale, Pennsylvania, Bailey and Bella Roseberry of Shadyside, Ohio.. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
