She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hadom and Magdeline Hadom (Tomas); her husband Joseph S. Cuchta Jr.; and her siblings, Max, John, Frank Hadom, Claire and Pauline Hadom.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Cuchta (Barbara) of Moundsville, Darlene Paliswat (Pete) of Shadyside, OH and Debra Robinson of Sunbury, OH; her siblings, Anthony Hadom of McMechen, WV, Blanche Hadom of McMechen and Louise Zavolas (Victor) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Thomas Cuchta (Brittany), Michelle Copley (Justin), Amanda Schwarz (Kyle), John Cuchta, Ashley Robinson, Andrea Robinson and Andrew Robinson; and her great grandchildren, Lydia Cuchta, Mahala Cuchta and Ayden Copley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
